RHOC: Noella Bergener angers Heather Dubrow after late arrival in Cabo (2024)

Noella Bergener blew up at the other women after arriving in Mexico for a get-away on Wednesday's episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County on Bravo.

The 36-year-old show newcomer was the last person to be invited on Heather Dubrow's girls trip and was also the last person to arrive in Cabo San Lucas.

While everyone else flew on Heather's private jet, Noella, 36, flew commercial. She said she was made even later because she forgot to bring her actual passport to the airport.

Gina Kirschenheiter, 37, said in a confessional before Noella arrived that she was nervous and wondered if she would be able to 'tame this wild child. Now I'm feeling that her presence is going to light the s*** on fire.'

When Noella arrived, she sat down at the jungle-themed dinner table with the other women.

Heather, 52, welcomed her and asked her what happened. Noella said she brought her passport card like she was accustomed to bring for private flights to the airport, but not her actual passport.

'I know I sound spoiled AF but it's just true,' Noella said in a confessional. 'This is my first trip since losing my f***ing private plane.'

Heather suggested that everyone do a fun tequila shot with an orange chaser, but Noella started complaining about how the tequila was warm. She instructed the waiter to bring her ice.

'It's a tequila shot, throw it back and shut up,' Heather said in a confessional.

Noella, who was coping with a surprise divorce, thanked Shannon Beador, 57, for continually calling and checking up on her. Noella then turned to Emily Simpson, 45, and asked her what Nicole James, 42, had told her that she said about her.

'She said that you said all I do is take my kids to frozen yogurt all the time and shop at Costco,' said Emily.

Gina also said that Nicole told them that Noella had said that her boyfriend Travis Mullen was a loser. Noella denied it.

'I did not say anything about Travis,' Noella said.

Noella said in a confessional that Nicole appeared to have been given her marching orders to discredit her in front of the ladies. A producer asked her who she thought was behind setting her up and Noella said, 'Heather, duh.'

Gina told Noella that she genuinely felt that she needed to have fun on vacation. Emily then mentioned to Noella that she didn't eat any of her dinner. Noella told her to stop food shaming her.

Noella announced to the table that she was going to eat her potatoes and that everyone should watch her. Noella then took one bite of a potato.

Gina said in a confessional that if someone wasn't going to eat that they should just be low key about it. She said also, 'I'm just trying to manage the dynamic right now and it's becoming unmanageable.'

Emily, Gina and Noella got up and went to the bathroom together. Emily tried to explain to Noella that she thought Heather was annoyed that she didn't eat the food that she ordered.

'Are you telling me that because I didn't eat the octopus that I've offended our host,' said Noella.

Noella said in a confessional that she didn't need anyone telling her how to behave and that clearly Emily and Gina 'had drunk the Kool Aid, Heather's Kool Aid.'

'You should look into her eyes, she is offended by everything I say so don't fight the battle,' Noella told Emily. 'I don't care. Is that okay that I don't care whether Heather Dubrow cares if I finish my meal or not. Is that okay? Am I safe to say that?'

Heather said at the table that this was exactly the reason she didn't want to invite Noella on the trip in the first place because she didn't want to do this. She said she just wanted to have fun.

The season 16 episode titled Wild Cards started with Emily, Nicole and Jen going shopping together for outfits for the trip to Cabo. Emily tried on bathing suits and when Jen came out of her dressing room and stood next to her Emily said it looked like she was her child.

In a confessional, Emily said 'these are not normal size people. It's like me trying on bathing suits with two Smurfs.'

Nicole told them that she needed stuff for Cabo but that things had been so awkward with Noella. Nicole told them that Noella talked 's*** on pretty much everyone in this friend group and I would just sit and listen to it. '

Emily said in a confessional that Nicole was just being 'shady and petty.'

Nicole told them that if Noella was going to Cabo that she wasn't going to go because she wanted to stay as far away from her as possible. Emily joked that they should share a room together.

At Shannon's house, she spoke on a video call with her boyfriend John while she was packing for the Cabo trip. John asked her if she was excited and she sort of laughed. She told him that she was happy that she was in a better place with Heather.

Gina went over to Heather's house. Gina told her she was feeling guilty about going to Mexico without Noella. Heather told her she didn't dislike Noella but that something always happens with her.

Heather told Gina that Noella gave her 17-year-old daughter Max a questionable gift. She said Noella gave her a pride-themed card game, but that it had raunchy x-rated questions.

'It's basically p*rnography,' said Heather. 'It's not appropriate.'

Heather said she didn't want anyone to feel left out and asked Gina to give her a good reason to invite Noella. Gina said she couldn't tell her it would go perfectly but just asked her to do her a solid and invite Noella. Heather said she would invite her but that Gina would have to be on 'Noella duty.'

On the day of the trip, the women waited in the airport for Heather's private jet. Heather told them that Nicole told her she couldn't come and that Noella would be meeting them later in Cabo. The woman flew down in the private jet and Heather told them what she had planned for them.

Heather said in a confessional that she likes to plan out all aspects of a trip or an event.

When they landed, the women drank champagne in the van which took them to their vacation house. They arrived at the beach front villa and were greeted by mariachi performers and dancers.

Gina and Emily decided to share a room and cuddled with each other in bed. Jen called her husband Ryne to check in on him. Jen said in a confessional that whenever she takes time away from the office she usually spends it with her family.

Heather met with her architect Bing to discuss creating her vacation home. Heather showed Gina and Emily her plans for the house that she designed. She said that her husband Terry talks about how building a house would cost a lot of money but that she sees it as a place that she can pass on to their kids.

'We had our kids a little later so I won't be here forever,' Heather said.

Heather said in a confessional that she had a weird dream the other night where all four of her children were together and one of them said, 'Mom would have loved this.' She said she had to make sure that her children had places to go together so they will always be connected.

Gina and Emily decided that they would go horseback riding with Shannon.

Meanwhile, Noella was packing for the trip at her house. She said to the cameras that she knew that she was the last person to be invited on this trip.

'I see the shade, I get it but I can get over it for my feet in the sand and Skinny Girl margarita,' she said.

Emily, Gina and Shannon went horseback riding. Gina was the only one who said she never rode a horse before. After riding, they sat on the beach and drank champagne. Shannon told them that she was a little worried about the reception that Noella would get when she arrived.

Gina said the reason that Noella was on the trip was because she went to Heather and asked her for a personal favor to invite Noella.

Shannon said in a confessional that she was surprised to hear that Gina had to convince Heather to invite Noella. Gina told them she felt if Noella got there and they were under the same roof that they could bond.

'Nah, I don't see that happening,' said Emily.

Gina said that Noella 'needs friends.' Shannon agreed and said that they should act like peacemakers. When they got back to the villa they all went swimming. Shannon jumped in the pool wearing her clothes. Emily said in a confessional that she liked hanging out with fun Shannon.

Heather and Jen spent time together. Heather asked Jen if she was 'super strict with her diet.' Heather said she didn't eat carbs at home so she could eat them when she was away. Jen told her that she was on a 'narrow diet.'

Heather asked her if she did family dinners in her house and Jen told her she didn't get home until about 9pm.

'Wow, you work that late?' said Heather, who told Jen that when Terry was in that stage of his career that he was never around.

Jen said she was aware that changes need to happen. In a confessional, Jen said that a lot of times she feels that her husband doesn't recognize what she does for the family. She said she wanted to put the family back together.

The show newcomer also shared that when she was in her 20's she had a long painful tumor in her leg and they replaced her bone marrow with cement.

'I am in pain every day, but I manage it with physical therapy and working out,' said Jen. 'If I didn't, I would be a mess.'

Later, the women got ready for a group dinner. They got into a van and headed to the restaurant. Shannon told them that Noella texted her and said she had to take a later flight because there was a mix up with her passport.

Heather said in a confessional that she had mixed emotions about Noella showing up. She said she hoped it would work out but that she was also 'smarter than that and historically whenever Noella shows up it goes to s***.'

Noella arrived but the house was empty. She said in a confessional that if she was the host that she would have made an effort to be there when her guest arrived. Noella changed and went to meet the women at the restaurant where she escalated her beef with Heather.

The show ended with a 'To Be Continued…' message for viewers.
