The following are prohibited in the park:

Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages. Possession or use of fireworks, firearms or weapons. Radio-controlled models, including drones. Skateboarding or riding scooters.

Irvine Lake

Fishing is allowed Fridays through Sundays and no license is required. There is a five-fish limit, but any bass you catch you need to release back into the lake.

There are not many dog-friendly options for owners in Malibu. Sadly, Zuma beach also falls into this category. While dogs can walk on the road and in the parking lot, they are not allowed on the sand. Furthermore, even on private beaches in Malibu, dogs are not allowed past the high tide mark.

Huntington Dog Beach

This is the only off-leash dog beach in Orange County. It stretches 1.5 miles between Seapoint Street and 21st Street, just a few blocks North of the Huntington Beach pier.
