Anthony Collura has over twenty years
of experience in internal auditing, asset and revenue accounting, and
financial management, the majority of which as a senior executive for
major national real estate lease audit services providers.
Beginning as a financial and operational auditor in the banking
industry with Manufacturers Hanover and CIT Group and later as
Accounting Manager, Mr. Collura set up complete accounting operations
for leasing and asset-based financing operations. For over fifteen
years with CRS, Mr. Collura has directed national operations and has
designed, implemented, and supervised real estate lease audit programs
for many of the best-known corporate office and retail tenants in the
U.S.
Mr. Collura has personally negotiated hundreds of lease audit
recoveries at properties in virtually every major North American city.
He has extensive experience dealing with the most difficult private
and institutional landlords and is an authority on the history of
lease auditing as it pertains to past and current practices. Mr.
Collura's command of lease accounting together with proven management
and negotiation skills set the tone of excellence for which CRS has
come to be known.
As President of CRS, Mr. Collura oversees all operations, assignment
of staff, and project planning. He spends the majority of his time
working directly with CRS audit staff and clients in the resolution of
claims and negotiations with landlords.
Mr. Collura earned his BS in Accounting from Rutgers University.
Robert T. Cenci

Rob Cenci has spent his entire career in
real estate accounting and property administration, both as a consultant
and as part of landlord property management organizations for office,
retail strip, and regional mall developments.
Prior to joining CRS, Mr.
Cenci spent five years in property accounting and management. With
Seaview Square Mall, a super-regional shopping center, Mr. Cenci was
responsible for the preparation of operating budgets and development of
tenant CAM and real estate tax reconciliations. Mr. Cenci later joined
D. Business Management assuming direct responsibility for property
management and complete administration of all accounts payable and
accounts receivable functions for a portfolio of twenty office and
retail properties.
With his experience in the preparation of financial statements and
reducing the landlord's net cost of operating expenses in the management
of large retail properties, Mr. Cenci is skilled at perceiving the
underlying financial methods used to calculate tenant billings.
As Vice President of CRS, Mr.
Cenci takes a primary role in lease audit assignments and occupancy cost
consulting and is instrumental in the development and operations of CRS.
Mr. Cenci earned his BS in Accounting from Thomas Edison State College,
Trenton, New Jersey.

Maia

As
Director, Client Services at CRS
Ms. Maia is responsible for sales and marketing programs,
new business development, and support of day-to-day operations. Ms. Maia
is also responsible for assisting existing clients to ensure that their
evolving needs are continually addressed.
Prior to joining CRS,
Ms. Maia held various positions with BellSouth Wireless Data, Cingular
Interactive, and Velocita Wireless. She worked closely with management
in preparing and reviewing reports and projects in order to improve the
business productivity.
Ms. Maia played a major role in automating and
streamlining the billing system for Velocita Wireless, improving
efficiency and reducing costs by over 20%. She was also responsible for
scheduling personnel in order to optimize service goals.
Ms. Maia brings
to the CRS team over 6 years
experience in Operations and Client Services.
Ms. Maia earned her BS in
Management Science from Kean University in Union, NJ.
